Welcome to Solvyn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solvyn mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services"), operated by JaTri Inc. ("JaTri," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JaTri Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Solvyn. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Solvyn for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Use our Services to compete with us or for commercial purposes without permission

5. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create in Solvyn (tasks, notes, goals, etc.). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our Services.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your content.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Solvyn app, website, and all related content (including text, graphics, logos, software, and design) are owned by JaTri Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Solvyn provides informational guidance and organizational tools only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content in our app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with questions about medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you received through Solvyn.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content in our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JATRI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JaTri Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Subscription and Payment

Some features of Solvyn may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the App Store.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JaTri Inc. regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
